Fall Sale

I started Bralow because my closet was full of things I never wore twice. So I make fewer pieces — cut to last, made to be worn for years, not one season. We have started our biggest autumn sale yet for the Bralow community.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know which size to choose?

We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, sizing up usually gives a better fit for a relaxed silhouette. Still unsure? Reach out and we'll help you find the right fit.

What if my item doesn't fit or isn't right?

You have 30 days to return your order. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Just start your return online and we'll guide you through it — no fuss.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes up to 6 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as it ships.

An item I want is sold out — will it come back?

Some pieces restock, others are one-off. If something you love is unavailable, reach out and we'll let you know if and when it's returning.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely at checkout. Your payment details are always encrypted and protected.

How can I contact you if I have a question?

You can reach us any time at contact@bralow.com and we'll get back to you within 1 business day. We're happy to help with sizing, orders, or anything else.
